- Peninsula and Portugal the next working day. Free for orders over € 60, € 5 if they are less than € 60.
- Balearic Islands 1-2 working days. Free for orders over € 60, € 7 if they are less than € 60.
- Germany, Austria, France, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland: 3-4 working days free shipping for orders over € 100, € 13 if lower.
- Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary: 4 to 5 working days, free shipping for orders over € 100, € 15 if less.
For the rest of countries consult it by email or whatsapp. For international destinations, they have to pay the customs, taxes or tariffs at the time of hand delivery, as well as any corresponding commission. In this case, the total amount of the order (cost of the goods at destination) can not be guaranteed and could vary from that shown during the online purchase process. If the mandatory taxes are not paid at the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to Coquillage and the customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of shipping costs.
On very rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, bad weather, delays of the transport company, etc.), shipments may take longer than expected.
Shipping method and delivery times

The packages are sent according to the processing times detailed above. Check these deadlines well to confirm the expected delivery date. The days of delivery and processing do not include holidays.
The tracking number will indicate the moment in which the package begins to be processed and the time of delivery, specific dates and times will be displayed.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including the tracking number (s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
The recognition of the signature at the time of delivery is not required. It is the client's responsibility to be available to receive the package. In the event that a client is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the transport company.
Coquillage will fulfill your order in the most timely and efficient way possible. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason, the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping charges charged by Coquillage. If your package is rejected or is returned to our company, we will refund the amount of your order excluding shipping costs. Coquillage does not allow product changes. For shipments please provide your physical address as it is not possible to make them to a post office box. Keep in mind that the delivery of the orders may take more time and include an increase for customs duties and taxes.
