This Return Policy applies to all items purchased online through the Coquillage website. Nothing mentioned in this Return Policy will affect your legal rights.

Coquillage, based in Las Palmas de GC, Canary Islands, offers original products of the Coquillage brand in Spain and Europe including the sale of accessories, footwear and clothing. This website is subject to the conditions stipulated in this page and to the general terms of use of the website available online in terms and conditions of use of the website.
General information

Coquillage accepts returns of the eligible products (see below) purchased only on its website, within the terms specified below. In addition, it offers a full refund of the purchase price of the products if the corresponding conditions are met. Coquillage does not make changes or substitution of products.

Specifically, when you buy on our website, and with the scopes described below, you will receive the following benefits:

A. 15 days satisfaction guarantee or money back.

B. Legal right of withdrawal / cancellation under the European Regulation on distance sales of the European Union.

C. Right to return defective items or items that do not comply with the requested within 30 days (without prejudice to the legal rights in force for cases of defective items or that do not comply with the request)

Your complete satisfaction is important for Coquillage. If you are not satisfied with the products you requested, you can return the eligible products within fifteen (15) days after delivery without having to state a reason, as long as the products: (1) have not been used in any way , (2) they are in their original confections, (3) they are apt for their later sale and they are not damaged, and (4) they are complete. Do not remove any labels or labels when testing the products. We only accept the return of products that are in the same state in which they were delivered. Coquillage reserves the right to reject items that are returned after the fifteen (15) day period or that are not in the same state in which you received them. Refunds will be made in accordance with the refund policy below.

b. Right of withdrawal / legal cancellation for Europe.

Coquillage respects the European Regulation on distance sales, which grants consumers in Europe the right to cancel an online purchase within fifteen (15) days after the day of delivery of the item. You can return all or part of the order. In the case of orders delivered through more than one shipment, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within fifteen (15) days after the delivery date of the last item. Returned items must not have been used, must not be damaged, and must be complete and in their original packaging. To receive a full refund, the return must be sent by carrier or one designated by and for Coquillage, within fifteen (15) days after the notification of withdrawal. You will receive an email to confirm the receipt of the articles by Coquillage. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price of the items, the shipping will be borne by the customer. You will receive the refund within fourteen (14) days after the day we receive the returned items. The cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a return shipping method that gives a tracking number or uses the Coquillage carrier. Coquillage can not grant refunds for packages that it has not received.

In the event that Coquillage for any reason can not deliver the items within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, you will be reimbursed all costs within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, after that period.

c. Return of defective items or that do not comply with the request.

You can return products purchased online if they have defects, failures or do not comply with the request in your order. You must notify any discrepancy with your order to Coquillage within five (5) days after receipt by sending an email to: info@coquillage.net. In the sending of the article you must indicate the reason for the return and a description of the defect. The price of items with faults or defects that justify the return, including shipping costs, will be fully refunded. If you believe that the products you have received are defective, have failures or do not comply with the request in your order, contact Customer Service to arrange a returnution under the aforementioned.
Refund policy

The products must be verified by Coquillage in order to make the refund. All refunds will be made through the same original payment method, with the exceptions indicated below. The refund will be made within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days after we receive the returned items. However, keep in mind that the time it takes to credit the funds in your account depends exclusively on the issuer of your card and will not always be the same. For returns made under the European Remote Sales Regulation, your refund will include the cost of the returned items as well as the original standard shipping fee (eg defective garments). For returns made under the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, your refund will include the cost of the returned items minus the original standard shipping fee. (Eg Unwanted garments). If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the account of the credit or debit card used for the purchase. In case the credit or debit card used to make the purchase is no longer valid at the time of making the refund or if the refund can not be made through the payment method used to make the purchase, or if the original purchase was made made more than six months ago, refunds must be made through a transfer through the Single Euro Payment Zone (SEPA) with the bank / transfer information that you provide to Coquillage. In addition to the amount of the reimbursement, in accordance with the requirements of the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you must also pay any transfer fee your bank charges you to receive SEPA transfers. Consequently, Coquillage will not be able to make a refund through a SEPA transfer until you provide us with the corresponding transfer information, as well as the official documentation of your bank with the detail of the charges for electronic transfers.

Purchases that are not made directly on our website will not be eligible for refunds or for changes or substitutions unless the garments are not defective or damaged. This includes purchases, by way of example, made for example in exhibitions, events, or other of our retailers / resellers. Returns that are requested from third parties must be made in accordance with the return policies of these and will not be processed through the Coquillage website.
Eligible returns

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the return must be sent, postmarked, within fifteen (15) days after receipt and must meet the conditions listed.

Due to the fact that these items are for personal use, neither underwear nor short swimsuits will be allowed. The accessories are only eligible for return under your right of withdrawal / cancellation legal; in all other cases, they will not be eligible for return.

For all other purchases, the products must be returned in their original packaging or in perfect condition. For a product to be in perfect condition, it must not have been used or washed, and must not have traces of hair, deodorant, makeup or distinctive odors. Products that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for change or return.

Items returned due to possible defects are subject to verification. If the returned items do not meet the criteria listed above or are determined to be non-defective, they will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend that you send your return by a secure method or with follow-up (such as a certified / special delivery) or that you use our carrier and keep your proof of delivery. We can not refund orders if we do not have proof of receipt or delivery.
Refunds denied

If it is estimated that the returned item does not meet the above criteria, the customer will be contacted by email within ten (10) days after receipt of the return. At that time, the customer will have the option to pay the standard shipping rate for returning the items or may waive them. Instructions on how to pay shipping costs will appear in the email. If after thirty (30) days we do not receive a response to our initial email, it will automatically be interpreted that the client has waived the refund. If the customer chooses to pay the return shipping costs, the packages will be sent to the original shipping address of the order, unless otherwise stipulated. This Return Policy applies to all items purchased online through the Coquillage website. This Return Policy will not affect your legal rights, including your existing warranty rights in case of defective products or that do not comply with the requested.
